Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us online.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline, either via email or by using the withdrawal form included with the order confirmation.

How to return

1. Notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days
2. Go to https://retur.posten.no/ and insert return code ReturATAA 
3. You will get a QR-code

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. We recommend using tracked shipping, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Swimwear and hygiene

For hygienic reasons, the following applies to swimwear (bikini, swimsuit):

• Hygiene seal and labels must be intact

• The item can be tried on, but not used

• Swimwear with broken seal, odor, stains, makeup, sunscreen, or signs of use in water will not be approved for return

If the item has been used or the hygiene seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal is void in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 25.

Depreciation

If the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond necessary trying on, a deduction may be made from the refund corresponding to the item's depreciation.

Complaint

If the item has a defect or fault, the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act apply. Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
