Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us online.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline by email.

Swimwear and hygiene

For hygienic reasons, the following applies to swimwear (bikini, swimsuit):

- Hygiene seal and labels must be intact

- The item can be tried on, but not used 

- Swimwear with broken seal, odor, stains, makeup, sunscreen, or signs of use in water will not be approved for return

If the item has been used or the hygiene seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal is void in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 25 (The Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) § 25 is Norwegian consumer protection law).

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. We recommend using tracked shipping, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us.

If the item has a defect or fault, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. Please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. ATAA SWIM will cover the return shipping cost in this case. We will register the return and provide you with a QR code to use.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
